Martin<\/strong> y Vaughan Williams<\/strong> vocan la profundidad del texto shakespeariano con Full fathom five<\/em>. Vasks<\/strong> reflexiona sobre el amor en Actus caritatis<\/em>, mientras Mendelssohn<\/strong> aporta alegr\u00eda. Knight<\/strong> invita a la introspecci\u00f3n con Walking with Thomas Hardy<\/em>. Destacan El cant dels ocells<\/em> de tradici\u00f3n catalana, y O vos omnes<\/em> de Pau Casals<\/strong>. El World Youth Choir (WYC), fundado en 1989, re\u00fane hasta 100 j\u00f3venes cantantes de entre 17 y 26 a\u00f1os de todo el mundo para una sesi\u00f3n y gira anual. Reconocido por la UNESCO como Artista por la Paz, ha actuado en eventos internacionales como los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos o la ceremonia del Premio Nobel. Cada a\u00f1o, sus integrantes son seleccionados mediante audiciones nacionales y un jurado internacional, organizando una sesi\u00f3n de tres semanas en un pa\u00eds diferente. Durante este periodo, los j\u00f3venes ensayan intensamente y realizan una gira. El WYC promueve el intercambio cultural, la excelencia musical y la amistad, y cuenta con m\u00e1s de 1.000 alumni de 75 pa\u00edses y m\u00e1s de 300 conciertos en 37 pa\u00edses<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Daniel Reuss estudi\u00f3 con Barend Schuurman en el Conservatorio de R\u00f3terdam. En 1990 se convirti\u00f3 en director de Cappella Amsterdam, que transform\u00f3 en un conjunto profesional de tiempo completo, ahora uno de los m\u00e1s destacados de los Pa\u00edses Bajos. De 2008 a 2013 fue tambi\u00e9n director art\u00edstico y titular del Coro de C\u00e1mara Filarm\u00f3nico de Estonia. En 2010 fue nominado a un Grammy en la categor\u00eda de \u00abMejor interpretaci\u00f3n coral\u00bb por el CD grabado con ambos coros (el Golgotha de Frank Martin). En 2006, por invitaci\u00f3n de Pierre Boulez, imparti\u00f3 clases y dirigi\u00f3 en la Lucerne Festival Academy. En 2007 debut\u00f3 en la English National Opera con Agrippina de H\u00e4ndel. En 2008 dirigi\u00f3 en De Munt\/La Monnaie de Bruselas con Dido & Aeneas, en una producci\u00f3n esc\u00e9nica de Sasha Waltz. Ha sido invitado a dirigir agrupaciones de toda Europa, como la Akademie f\u00fcr Alte Musik Berlin, MusikFabrik, Scharoun Ensemble o la Radio Chamber Philharmonic.
