Apart from the dates of the summer festival, during the rest of the year Proto-fest organises Música a les Ermites, a cycle of small-format concerts intended to bring music to heritage sites of great natural and symbolic value in the districts of southern Catalonia, the north of the Autonomous Region of Valencia, and Franja de Ponent. This project, which was created in 2024, strives to decentralise culture, bring high quality musical proposals to rural environments, and promote a programme in which classical music and modern styles come together to delight the audience..
