Coinciding with the 85th anniversary of the outbreak of the Battle of the Ebro, Proto-fest offers a musical experience at the Tortosa Air Raid Shelter No. 4, on the same date as the start of the conflict. A small-scale experience with a limited number of spectators in commemoration of the anniversary of this terrible event.
